SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
Bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Weight Watchers onion bouillon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix 1/4 cup soup, meat, bread crumbs, bouillon, egg, sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 ounce patties. Brown patties in skillet sprayed with Pam. Blend soup and water. Pour over patties, cover. Cook over low heat until done. Stir occasionally.
