GRANDMOTHER'S SALISBURY STEAK | |
2 lb. hamburger 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. dried onions 1 can mushroom soup Mix the ingredients together except the mushroom soup. Add just enough milk to soften the bread crumbs. Then form into 8 patties. Cook over medium heat in skillet until brown. Place the patties into a two quart baking dish. Pour 1 can of mushroom soup, diluted with one can of water over patties. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
