SALISBURY STEAK AND GRAVY 
Extra lean burger meat mixed with Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Shape into patties.

GRAVY:

Butter and oil
Flour, brown it
Onion and garlic powder
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Salt and pepper

Add 2 tablespoons of capers when done.

Can also do above gravy with chicken breasts and rice-a-roni. See Potpourri.
