4 oz. Roquefort
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients (except Roquefort) in blender. Break up cheese and add to dressing.
