WILLOW BLEND INN ROQUEFORT
DRESSING
 
1 qt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 lb. crumbled roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
Sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let stand, refrigerated, for two days for best results. Dressing can also be used for stuffing celery or as a dip.
