RED APPLE INN ROLLS 
1 c. boiling water
2 sticks butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 eggs
6 c. flour

Pour boiling water over sugar, salt and butter. Stir and let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water, beat in eggs and add to cool butter mixture. Add flour, mix, let set overnight covered in refrigerator. Next morning shape into rolls and set 2 or 3 hours. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.

I make these at holidays for gifts. Not only are they expected, they are required! Always make extra at Thanksgiving to have for petite ham or turkey sandwiches.
