LEMON COCONUT COOKIES 
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, blend well. Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not over bake. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
