NO SUGAR - NO SALT - OAT BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 1/4 c. Natural applesauce, no sugar added 1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed 1 egg 2 tbsp. oil 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. Quaker Oat Bran, cooking kind 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3/4 c. raisins, packed in the cup Mix dry ingredients, stir. Mix wet ingredients, beat. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients stirring lightly until mixed. Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins. They rise hardly any so you can fill cups. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven. |
