CAPELLINI AND CLAM SAUCE 
1 lb. capellini #15
3 cloves garlic, chopped
5 tbsp. olive oil
2 (10 oz.) cans whole baby clams
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

While capellini is cooking according to directions, saute the garlic in the olive oil until tender, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Pour over cooked capellini. Serves 4. Very good for drop in company.
