CHRISTMAS CHERRY DELIGHT 
OREO COOKIE CRUST:

1 pkg. regular Oreo cookies, crushed (about 36)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Crush Oreos (I use a Ziploc bag and rolling pin). Mix together with 1 stick melted butter. Pat into a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.

CREAM LAYER:

1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mini marshmallows

Beat together whipping cream and cream cheese, mix till light and airy. Fold in mini marshmallows. Add to crust and refrigerate again for 20 minutes.

CHERRY LAYER:

1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (I use Wilderness)
confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)

Place cherry pie filling on top, dust with confectioners' sugar (if desired) and chill till ready to serve.
