CRAN-APPLE CRISP 
6 c. chopped apples
3 c. cranberries (fresh or whole)
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. white sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix apples, cranberries, flour and white sugar together in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and crumble over top. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or microwave in a 2-quart ring on HIGH power for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
