RICE AND PINEAPPLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. whipping cream
Sugar to taste (about 1/2 to 3/4 c.)

Combine cooked rice, pineapple, and about 1/2 of the sugar. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour. Whip cream with remaining sugar until soft peaks form. Fold into rice mixture just before serving. Delicious!
