CLOUD 9 DESSERT 
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat until stiff. 1 3/4 cups sugar added slowly as you continue beating. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved (10 minutes). Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Leave in oven overnight, do not open oven door!

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond

Beat together well. Fold in 2 cups cream, whipped and 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Spread over baked meringue. Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling, or fresh fruit.
