CHRISTMAS TREE SALAD 
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. fruit cocktail syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
Few grains salt
Few drops red food coloring
2 1/2 c. canned fruit cocktail
Salad greens
Mayonnaise

Soften gelatin in water; dissolve in heated cocktail syrup. Stir in lemon juice, rind, salt, food coloring. Cool. Add 1 cup drained fruit cocktail. Divide among 4 cone shaped paper cups. Set each in a small glass to hold upright. Chill until firm. Unmold on greens. Top with mayonnaise and garnish with fruit cocktail. Serves 4.
