COTTAGE STYLE BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. sized baking potatoes
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
Parsley

Cook whole potatoes until tender. Drain while still hot. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp. Beat together with cottage cheese, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon back in shell. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Serve piping hot.
