FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade
3 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves

Drain and chop fruit. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thick. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, approximately 4 hours. Unmold and slice. Garnish if desired. Serves 12.
