FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade 3 c. thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping 2 (24 oz.) cans fruit of choice Drain and chop fruit. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add concentrate and stir until melted. Chill slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm, approximately 4 hours. Unmold and slice. Garnish if desired. Makes 12 servings. |
