CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1-2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 c. celery
1-2 cans tomato soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans water
2 lg. cans chow mein noodles

Saute onion and celery in butter and add to beef. Mix and heat in saucepan the soup, soy sauce and water. Layer above ingredients using half the soup in the middle and the rest over the top. Save a few noodles and sprinkle on after dish has been baking for 1/2 hour. Bake a total of 1 hour at 375 to 400 degrees in a greased 3 quart dish.
