QUICK CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
Graham cracker crust

Let cream cheese soften, then cream with sugar. Add 6 ounce Cool Whip. Spread on pie crust (can be bought or home made). Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
