QUICK CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg until smooth. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in ungreased 8 or 9 inch round cake pan; press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 24-30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 20 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator. Makes 6-8 servings.
