3 egg whites beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
17 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Add sugar to egg whites and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Top with Cool Whip, when cool. You may use vanilla wafers in place of Ritz, 1 coconut in place of nuts. Oil pie pan.
