COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour, plain
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 9-inch deep pie shell

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend well, about 15 seconds. Stir in flake coconut, pour mixture into 9 inc pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted knife in center comes out clean. Brown pie golden brown.
