FISH AND BROCCOLI 
1 tbsp. butter
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli, thawed
1 lb. fish fillet
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 lg. tomato, sliced
Oregano

Rub shallow 2 quart baking dish with butter. Add thawed vegetable and cover with fish. Season lightly with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Break onion up into rings and add. Spread soup on top. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake uncovered about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Fresh broccoli cooked tender crisp may be substituted.
