FRUITY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/3 c. fruit cocktail, rained, reserve 1/2 c. syrup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In 13x9 inch pan, melt butter. In paper bag or plastic, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Shake chicken, a few pieces at a time in flour mixture. Arrange chicken in pan, skin side up.

Combine remaining ingredients except fruit cocktail. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake 50 minutes basting occasionally with sauce. Pour drained cocktail over chicken. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
