Boil 30 seconds: 5 tbsp. milk 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips (Nestle's). Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Beat well. Pour over hot brownies, as soon as they're out of the oven. Cool at least 2 hours.

NOTE: This may be made in the microwave, also. I cook the 1st mixture about 4 minutes at 3/4 power, then add the chocolate chips and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Be careful not to over boil. Pour over hot brownies as above. This will generously cover a 13"x9" pan of brownies.
