CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional

FOR DRIZZLE:

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla. Stir well.

Grease tube pan and layer batter with cranberries. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Mix together ingredients for drizzle and pour over cooled cake.
