FRUIT CRISP 
6 c. any fruit = cherries, apples, peaches, or berries
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Use pastry cutter to chop up butter and combine with flour and sugar. Put fruit in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish, add topping mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
