CHOPPED ANTIPASTO | |
1 head iceberg lettuce 1 head romaine lettuce 1/4 lb. hard salami 1/4 lb. boiled ham 1/4 lb. prosciutto ham 1/4 to 1/2 lb. provolone cheese 2 lg. tomatoes 1/2 c. black olives 1/2 c. green olives 1/2 red pepper 1/2 green pepper 1/2 jar sweet peppers (med. jar) 4 hard boiled eggs Chop lettuce in large bowl. Dice remaining ingredients (except egg) and add to lettuce. Toss salad. Slice eggs lengthwise into quarters and garnish salad with them. DRESSING: Salt and pepper to taste. Dress with olive oil and red wine vinegar (just to taste) or Italian Dressing. |
