MOUNTAIN HIGH CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 box coconut cream pie filling
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can Mountain Dew

In large mixing bowl, blend together cake mix, pie filling, oil, eggs, and beverage. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FILLING AND ICINGS:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can coconut
3 tbsp. flour

Mix well, bring all ingredients to a boil, except coconut. Then stir in coconut. Cool 12 to 15 minutes longer.
