BREADED VEAL CUTLETS 
4 Veal cutlets
3 c. commercial bread crumbs
Lawry's seasoned salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. water
Oil
Waxed paper

Season cutlets with Lawry's seasoning, pepper and paprika. Put bread crumbs on a flat plate. Beat egg with water in a bowl. Dip cutlets first into bread crumbs, then in egg and lastly back in the bread crumbs. Place the breaded cutlets on a piece of wax paper for about 20 minutes or until breading is dry. Heat oil in large skillet and fry on both sides until done.

Veal is good served with Fettuccine and Zucchini With Cherry Tomatoes.
