1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 bar grated German chocolate
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 sm. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
