FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, UNDRAINED

Beat eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, flour. Add undrained fruit cocktail, and pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, approximately. 10 minutes before cake is done, make glaze, add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/4 cup coconut, and pour over cake. Return to oven to finish baking.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all glaze ingredients in saucepan, and bring to boil.
