PICANTE SAUCE 
1 lg. can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1/2 onion, microwave 1 minute to prevent strong after taste
1/4 to 1/2 red bell pepper
Pinch of fresh cilantro (test for taste)
1/3 fresh Jalapeno (test for taste) (or use several slices from Jalapeno in a jar or can)
Thin wedge lime juice

Blend it...taste it...add Jalapeno...blend it...taste it...add Jalapeno...blend it...taste it...add jalapeno... Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
