PICANTE SAUCE 
3 med. tomatoes
1 med. onion
1-2 garlic cloves
1 jalapeno pepper
1 med. green pepper
1/2 c. vinegar (white)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
6 oz. tomato paste
Dash red pepper

Chop in blender, bring to boil. Simmer to desired thickness. It's already to can it in jars. Ready to eat. Makes 1 quart.
