ROY'S FAVORITE TACO SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 Romaine lettuce
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 sm. can diced Ortega green chiles
1 can pitted olives
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Bernstein's Caesar dressing
1 c. guacamole
1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
1 bag Frito-Lay corn chips, smashed

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, olives and drained green chiles and put aside. Chill. Mix cheese. Chill. Mix mayonnaise and guacamole together; chill.

Right before serving, mix lettuce, cheese and guacamole mixture together, adding smashed corn chips and dressing a little at a time until all is used up. This is great for barbecues. Enjoy!
