HAMBURGER RELISH 
4 lb. cucumbers, ground
3 lb. onions, ground
2 1/2 (1 c.) green peppers, ground
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Grind and drain the cucumbers, onions and green peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes and can.

Makes around 5-6 pints. It's great.
