HAMBURGER RELISH 
7 c. cucumbers
3 c. carrots
3 green peppers
5 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
3 c. vinegar
2 red peppers
4 onions
4 rounded tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Grind cucumbers, peppers, onions and carrots. Put on salt and let stand 3 hours. Drain. Combine sugar, vinegar and spices to vegetables. Boil 20 minutes. Put in clean jars and seal. Water bath.
