HAMBURGER RELISH 
4 qts. green cucumbers
4 tbsp. salt
1 qt. onions, ground
1 pt. green peppers, ground
6 c. sugar
2 tbsp. turmeric
6 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. cloves (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard seed

Soak cucumbers and salt for 1-2 hours. Rinse. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes and seal. 10 pints.
