EGG CUSTARD 
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
Salt
Nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Scald the milk in a saucepan and set aside to cool. Beat the eggs and beat in remaining ingredients, including cooled milk. Bake in a large unbaked pie shell at 375 degrees or in small individual custard cups at 350 degrees until filling is done. Knife comes out clean.
