DINOSAUR EGGS 
1 dozen boiled eggs, shelled
1 lb. bulk sausage
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. flour
1/4 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

In small bowl, beat 4 eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder until well blended. In separate bowl, put in 3 cups flour. Next wrap sausage around boiled egg to form a shell. Dip into egg mixture and roll in flour to coat. Repeat once. Drop into preheated deep fryer until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat process with remaining boiled eggs. Serve whole or cut in half.
