HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
3 c. boiling water
2 bananas
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. sugar
Lettuce leaves

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Slice bananas into gelatin mixture. Add frozen strawberries and undrained pineapple. Pour half mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Beat cream cheese with sour cream and sugar; spread over chilled layers. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce lined salad plates.
