EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown ground meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, seasoning and sugar.

In baking dish, layer 1/3 sauce, half of uncooked lasagne pieces, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce and remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12 people.
