EASY CHEESY LASAGNA | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 3/4 c. water 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) wide lasagna 2 c. (1 lb.) ricotta or cottage cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain. 3. Add spaghetti sauce and water to beef mixture. 4. In 13 x 9 inch pan layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 of combined cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and end with sauce. 5. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour. 6. Uncover & sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
