EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. spaghetti sauce, thick style
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 to 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Layer in 8x10-inch pan beginning with 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of the uncooked lasagna pieces, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. May be refrigerated or frozen at this point. To cook, cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. If casserole is frozen, thaw before baking. Yield: 4-6 servings.
