AROUND THE WORLD IN TWO
CASSEROLES
 
RECIPE #1 "9ER'S ORIENTAL FAV":

1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, cut
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
4 oz. soy sauce
2 c. minute rice
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger, onion, celery, salt and pepper (to taste) in a small amount of fat. Add soup and water, soy sauce and rice. Mix thoroughly and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with egg rolls as a side dish.

RECIPE #2 "DEBSTERS DORITO DELUGE":

1 lb. hamburger
1 (14 oz.) bag Santaritas tortilla chips
4 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
16 oz. jar picante sauce

Recipe #2 - cook, scramble and drain hamburger. Crunch up tortilla chips while in the bag (Tress loves to do this). Add soup and picante sauce. Mix all together Trust me, it tastes alot better than it looks right about now. Place in a 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese of your choice Colby-Jack is terrific and bake until cheese melts. Serve with Spanish Rice as a side dish.
