Spinach of lettuce, chopped
1 c. green bell pepper
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. red onion, diced
1 c. frozen peas
2 boiled eggs
6-7 strips crumbled bacon
1 c. mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. sugar
Grated cheese

Layer the following: lettuce, pepper, celery, onion, peas, chopped onions, bacon. Top with mayonnaise and spread over salad. Sprinkle with cheese.
