LAYERED SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
10 oz. fresh spinach, broken into bite size pieces
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 med. red onion, sliced thin and separated
1 box frozen green peas
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Miracle Whip

Layer all ingredients, except mayonnaise and Miracle Whip, in a salad bowl in the order listed.

Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip together. Spread mixture over top of salad (like icing a cake). Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Toss before serving. Serves 8-10.

(May substitute fresh broccoli for the lettuce and/or spinach. May substitute Parmesan cheese for the Swiss cheese.)
