NO TOSS LAYERED SALAD 
1/2 pkg.(10 oz.) chopped fresh spinach
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
5 to 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 head lettuce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Variations: substitute tuna, chicken or chopped ham for the bacon.

In large salad bowl, layer spinach. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sugar. Layer eggs, bacon and lettuce. Season again with salt, pepper and sugar. Top with uncooked peas and onion. combine mayonnaise and sour cream. cover top of salad with mixture; seal edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
