LAYERED UNTOSSED SALAD 
Make in layers. Prepare the day before, cover and refrigerate.

1 (10 oz.) fresh spinach, washed, drained and deveined

Press into a very large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper.

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled over spinach
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Fill bowl to top with bite sized pieces of lettuce.

1 sm. pkg. frozen peas, thawed, drained and uncooked
1 lg. sweet onion, separated into rings

Sprinkle again with 1 teaspoon sugar, some salt and pepper. Mix 1 pint Miracle Whip and 1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream. Spread on top of salad. Grate a thick layer of Swiss cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate.
