LAYERED VEGETABLE SALAD ALMONDE 
1 1/2-2 c. shredded raw zucchini
1 1/2-2 c. chopped spinach (1/2 sm. bunch)
1/2 med. head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Lowery seasoned salt & Lowery seasoned pepper
1-2 pkg. sliced almonds, toasted in butter
3/4-1 c. frozen peas (still frozen)
3-4 thinly sliced green onions
More almonds (2 pkg. all together)
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2-3 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
More almonds
2 c. Ranch dressing
More crumbled bacon, cheese & almonds as garnish

Use large glass bowl and layer: 1) Spinach. 2) Lettuce. 3) Seasoned salt and pepper. 4) Zucchini. 5) Peas. 6) Onions. 7) Salt and pepper. 8) Almonds. 9) Cheese. 10) Eggs. 11) Bacon. 12) Salt and pepper and almonds.

Cover built up salad with dressing and chill for 12 hours. Top with almonds, cheese and bacon when serving.
